Purvee Kondal is a seasoned supply chain expert, global procurement executive, and board advisor with the Sourcing Industry Group and Athena Alliance. She is also Directorship Certified with the National Association of Corporate Directors, among the first 30 Asian Americans, and one of the pioneering Indian American women to hold this designation. She serves as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at Sephora, an LVMH company. She has led transformational changes at notable organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, Capgemini, Ross Stores, Globality, and Albertsons Companies. Purvee holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Jose State University.
