Andrea is an entrepreneur, founder, board director, strategic advisor to business, government and NGOs. A practical thought leader on all things ESG + tech (ESGT), she serves as an independent Ethics Advisor to the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico & Independent Ethics & ESG Advisor to the Platform for Social Impact. She’s the author of several books including Gloom to Boom: How Leaders Transforms Risk into Resilience and Value (Routledge 2020) and many articles for World Economic Forum, Diplomatic Courier, NACD, and others. Andrea previously served as a corporate C-Suite/global executive (including at PSEG, Bertelsmann & Verint) and was a Wall Street lawyer in the era when “greed was good”. She was born and raised in Germany in Spain, receiving her joint PhD in Political Science and JD in Law from Columbia University.
