Lloyd is passionate about unlocking the potential of humans – especially those that are underrepresented in society and business. He has been on the board of several non-profits that focus on bringing opportunity and under-served people together, served as the Executive Sponsor of the Autodesk Pride Network, and coached mid-career women for many years.
