You join and we welcome you properly — a real intake to learn your story, your goals, your timeline, and introduce you to your Member Engagement Advisor: the person who holds all of it with you. She meets with you as often as you need, acting as your guide, advocate, and accountability partner.

You begin with a plan and a person, not a portal. You update your plan as often as you need, and track it on your personal Dashboard.
02 · You define what’s next (and can redefine as often as you need)
You and your MEA shape your target search — the roles, rooms, and relationships you’re aiming for — then put our proprietary reverse-search tool to work, surfacing the exact people and paths that get you there. This could be for board work, the next job, starting a company, fundraising, research for your book — really any goal.

03 · We make the connections
Where most networks stop, we start. Your MEA opens doors with warm introductions — inside Athena and well beyond it, across our network and yours. Deliberate, relevant, and biased toward action.

All along, you’re learning, because knowledge creates optionality. You choose your Academy course — and go deeper if you want, adding courses or coaching sessions with our Expert Strategists beyond what membership covers.

Member Engagement Advisor (MEA)
Your dedicated human companion — part college counselor, part chief of staff. She orients you, personalizes everything, designs your target search, makes introductions, and stays with you as guide, advocate, and accountability partner.
Gatherings
In-person moments from 6 to 40 people — over 100 a year, across the country. Sometimes you just want close human proximity. Want one in your city? We do the heavy lift. Some (e.g. sailing day on the bay, meeting at a restaurant) require extra fee.
Summits
Seven cities a year, rotating Portfolio of Impact™ themes. Deep learning and real relationship-building, no fee beyond your own travel. 1,200 attendees and counting.

Salons
Intimate, expertly-led conversations on what matters now. Join live or engage on your own time in the library — current, world-class, no fluff. 10-12 offered per month.
