Jocelyn King

Course Leader – Leading AI Transformation

Jocelyn King is one of the few voices advising leaders on AI transformation who actually helped shape the AI industry from the inside. A longtime Silicon Valley technology executive whose career spans a decade in Fortune 100 leadership and a decade building and scaling startups, she is the founder and CEO of Smarter Online Safety, co-founder and former Chief Growth Officer of Keyavi Cyber, and was co-founder of consumer health app Sprimo. Earlier, as an executive marketing leader at $2 billion Altera — whose FPGAs competed directly with Nvidia GPUs in machine learning and AI — she led a 100-person team across PR, communications, growth, channel, brand, and partnerships, and she served inside the stealth M&A team for Intel’s $16.7 billion acquisition of Altera. Intel retained her to build its B2B Global Go-to-Market and Demand Center, working alongside the CEO-led transformation of Intel from chip company to data and AI infrastructure leader. Earlier in her career, she spent five years in change management for disruptive enterprise technology adoption — the same first-principles work she now does for AI.

Today she advises executives and leadership teams on successfully leading through AI transformation, and her authority on the cybersecurity side was earned the hard way. After a devastating cybercrime attack cost her half a million dollars, her marriage, a promotion, and her peace of mind, she went deep into the business of cybercrime — learning the hackers’ playbook, leveling the playing field, and emerging as a Top 10 Woman in Cybersecurity. She advises executive teams and boards in a consultative role, and has been featured as an AI and cybersecurity expert on mainstream media including Dr. Phil’s network, NBC, Fox News, and national radio. She is author of the forthcoming book Digital Self-Defense in an AI World, holds an MBA in Global Business and a BS in Organizational Development and Leadership, and is a Certified Success Coach and Certified Neuroplasticity Trainer.
