Jessica is a principal in True’s Healthcare Practice, specializing in board and CEO placements. She brings more than a decade of experience in executive search, helping clients build high-performing boards and secure executive talent that positions them for strategic growth. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations at all stages of growth, from emerging to Fortune 500.

Jessica has spent nearly a decade as a search professional working across all facets of the process to place dozens of board members and C-suite leaders. Prior to her role at The Ransom Group, Jessica spent more than five years at Heidrick & Struggles, where she focused on board and CEO searches across the Fortune 500.

Her interest in board governance began earlier in her career in audit at Deloitte and in finance at a Blackstone portfolio company, where she worked on go-public transactions and spin-offs. That experience fueled her commitment to advancing boardroom diversity, culminating in a doctorate in education at the University of Pennsylvania where her research focused on women in Fortune 1000 boardrooms. She currently serves on the advisory board of Athena Alliance, a community for executive women leaders.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and Chinese from the University of Notre Dame.
