I'm an executive and leadership development coach who guides people to think and act calmly and confidently. I build my clients’ capacity to manage challenges more effectively – including navigating change, building teams, creating strategic plans, communicating successfully, and inspiring and engaging others. My coaching approach combines neuroscience, leadership models, somatic awareness, and measurable action planning. I equip my clients for success by building their internal awareness and strategy toolkit so that they can quickly increase their external impact, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership presence.
I partner with C-suite, senior, and emerging leaders in healthcare, biotech, pharma, tech, finance, academia, and nonprofit organizations. My clients always comment on my positive energy and ability to carefully listen, quickly reframe, and hone in on the heart of the matter. They feel successful as they identify blindspots that are holding them back, cultivate their authentic leadership, and shift behaviors so they feel more purposeful, balanced, and productive.
I deliver webinars and workshops on topics such as Building Resilience; Well Thinking; and Overcoming Zoom Fatigue for for organizations in a variety of industries. I believe in grounding personal growth in science, and my talks are always interactive.
