In this 7-week course, you’ll gain the essential elements of Impact mastery at the executive level. During each 90 minute session, we’ve intentionally filtered out the noise to allow you to get right to the heart of what you need to know to be an executive MVP.

Hillary Wicht is a voice, presence and leadership expert. Coco is founder and CEO of Athena Alliance. She brings rich experience across F1000 companies, start-ups, and nonprofits in the roles of CEO, COO, advisor, and Board member to Athena. She possesses a unique understanding of the breadth of challenges and opportunities of leadership. She empowers leaders to execute successfully, working with them to develop the relationship between a company’s strategy and its organizational design and environment.

With over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, speaking, and facilitation, she has a proven track record of delivering results for clients across various sectors and industries, from first-time managers to seasoned executives. Lee Epting
Lee Epting is a leadership and development coach whose background as a senior technology executive gives her a non-theoretical approach to working with her clients. She draws on her experience of working in the top 10% of three of the largest technology companies in the world as well as her 20 years in Silicon Valley, where she worked for Palm Computing (makers of the PalmPilot) and then went on to found Handspring, which delivered yet another iconic consumer electronic product, the Handspring Treo, which set the stage for the first smartphone in the industry.

Erin Essenmacher
Erin is a C-suite leader, award-winning storyteller, strategic advisor, and board member with a proven talent for synthesizing complex issues, market trends, emerging ideas, and stakeholder perspectives to create visionary and results-focused strategies. She has advised boards and management teams on oversight of strategy and risk and is a frequent speaker and writer on a range of issues related to the modern leadership and the future of the boardroom.
