ESG is undeniably a hot topic in corporate boardrooms. Boards are increasingly focusing on monitoring their own sustainability while also hearing and understanding the demands of their investors. Hear how two former institutional shareholders, Sharmila Kassam (Founder of Aligned Capital Investing) and Marianne Scott Dwight (Director of Institutional Investor Services for Strategic Insight Group), think about ESG in their own multi-billion-dollar investment organizations, how they define and measure ESG, and best practices for managing disclosures. Then, they will explore trends they see among their global peers in terms of what investors expect corporate boards will pay attention to moving forward.
