Rather than turning leaders into technical experts, this curriculum focuses on setting direction, governing responsibly, and leading enterprise-wide transformation — unlearning legacy assumptions, rewiring decision-making habits, and redesigning how you think about power, structure, talent, and value creation.
The program moves through a single, deepening arc: from enterprise perspective and high-stakes judgment, through operating model, change leadership, narrative, and courageous conversations, to authentic human presence in an AI-native organization.
Each session builds on the one before it and creates the conditions the next one requires. Leaders do not graduate from one topic to the next — they deepen their mastery of a single capability: the ability to lead an AI transformation at the enterprise level, not just manage one at the functional level.

- Diagnose your specific leadership courage gaps and build the structure to have the conversation honestly.

The AI Leadership Playbook is built entry by entry across all sessions, culminating in a personalized working document each participant takes into their transformation journey.
