About this event

One of the best ways to advance as a senior leader is to become known as an executive "utility player". In sports, a utility player is someone you can move around the field, someone competent and reliable in a variety of roles. Julie Cullivan is an Executive Utility Player. She built a reputation as someone who could build functions from scratch, or take over underperforming functions or groups and make them work. With that foundation, she eventually became known as an executive to hand any group that needed a leader. Join her as she shares with you her path from executive over Sales Operations, to IT, to HR, to the Boardroom. Julie understands the business holistically, because she's played a variety of roles in it. She's seen the field from a number of vantage points, and that makes her highly sought after as someone who can oversee it all.
