About this event

What are the financial considerations of being a public board member?  Whether you are serving on a board concurrent with your role or you are retired and your board fees and equity are supplemental income, you need to have a plan of how you will manage your equity compensation. Join Eileen Schloss in this discussion on “The Business of Being a Board Member” to learn how you can plan to manage your Board compensation. In this compensation planning workshop, gain knowledge on how to turn restrictions into gains, covering various topics and hurdles from the limits on your ability to trade your stock, to minimum shares/value and struggles to gain preclearance before trading your equity. Please note this is not a tax advice webinar, rather a compensation planning workshop.
