She founded and led Artisan Connect, an online marketplace working with 30 artisan groups in 16 countries, to provide economic empowerment for women. Previously, she led marketing teams for fast growth B2B and B2C technology industry leaders including Splunk and Apple and served as President/Managing Partner for two preeminent digital branding agencies.
Lisa is a high impact C-Suite executive and growth-oriented leader with active Board experience. Throughout her career, Lisa has focused on delivering sustainability, gender diversity, and health and wellness as key pillars of her leadership. As General Manager and Chief Merchandising Officer at Stitch Fix Lisa built the business in five years profitably from $10M to $1B+ in revenues, while creating the future of retail. Prior to Stitch Fix, Lisa spent nearly a decade with Nike, her last role being General Manger of Direct to Consumer for Emerging Markets, responsible for eCommerce, 1,000 Nike Stores, and $1.3B in revenues. Lisa previously served in leadership roles at Gap and Patagonia.
Jim is one of the world’s foremost ESG/Sustainability practitioners. His teams led and developed groundbreaking programs ranging from the industry leading Healthy Heart Africa addressing healthcare infrastructure and access in sub-Saharan Africa, to Ambition Zero Carbon, one of the boldest environmental programs in industry. Jim is a longtime advocate and developer of diverse and inclusive cultures that deliver results for customers, employees, supply chains, communities, and investors. He is a recognized thought leader in sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion and was named one of Compliance Week Magazine’s Top Minds in 2019. Most recently as Vice President, Global Sustainability at AstraZeneca (AZ), Jim was a key member of the leadership team that developed an innovative 2025 strategy establishing sustainability as one of three enterprise priorities, driving unprecedented executive commitment and a $1B investment for environmental protection. He built the company’s first sustainability program, Lead with Health, that led to AZ’s recognition as one of Corporate Knights 100 Most Sustainable Companies for the past four years. Jim brings business results to sustainability by leveraging his decade of P&L roles at Johnson & Johnson where he worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands like Tylenol.
