What do we do when we have conflicting beliefs or needs? We often get stuck which prevents us from having the outcomes we desire? On one hand we know what we would like to do (or even what we should do), but, on the other hand, we can't seem to make ourselves do it.
This salon is based on Kate and Lee's book Composure: The Art of Executive Presence, and will focus on how to work through internal conflict by exploring the unconscious half of the conflict that keeps us stuck. By exploring the intentions of each side of the conflict and importantly appreciating the powerful good of both you will learn a new technique that will help you resolve your internal conflicts and elevate your Executive Presence at work, home and throughout your life.
Kate is a former CEO and Technology Executive, Board Director, Business Advisor and Executive Coach. She is also a Senior Industry Research Fellow at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a lecturer at University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is the author of two books: COMPOSURE: The Art of Executive Presence and THE MOONSHOT EFFECT: Disrupting Business as Usual.
