Suja Chandrasekaran served as Senior EVP, Chief Information and Digital Officer at CommonSpirit Health.
She is an industry-recognized Digital Transformation leader. Previously, she has been chief of digital and tech at large companies including Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Walmart, Inc., Nestle S.A. and The Timberland Company.
Suja serves as a non-executive director and also as a board member on the boards of public companies such as American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO), digital supply chain tech platform company Blume Global Technologies, and Agendia, the only molecular diagnostics company focused on breast cancer research, diagnosis and treatment.
She is an industry expert in digital marketing, customer experience, eCommerce, omnichannel, artificial intelligence, and scaled enterprise digital transformations. Suja brings significant business
A senior-level executive with more than thirty years of leadership experience within the life science industry, including healthcare technology, biotech, drug development, pre-clinical and clinical research services, products and medical devices. Proven track record of global transformative strategies leading to increased sales, revenue growth, profitability, and global brand awareness. Expertise in building sales and marketing infrastructure, energizing and mobilizing organizational talent, compensation, leadership development and repurposing and leveraging people to the benefit of the company. The experience and aptitude to have an immediate impact while building long term strategy including merger and acquisition, IPO and exit strategy for the company.
Recent accomplishments include CEO and board member of Notable Labs and at CrownBio, where she served as President of Global Life Science and Diagnostic Solutions and led the strategic development and commercialization of products and services to treat oncology, cardiovascular, and metabolic diseases. Her efforts helped transform the company into a prominent global player in the pre-clinical oncology, cardiovascular, CNS and metabolic disease markets.
Heilmann is a board member for Agendia, a breast cancer diagnostic company, advisory board member of TD2, a drug discovery company and a former member of the advisory board for AltheaDX, a mental health PGx company, assisting with corporate strategy resulting in a successful exit.
