Nancy joined the Leadership Team of The Athena Alliance in February 2017. She founded Women2Boards in 2014 to assist women leaders on their path to a corporate boardroom. Her challenges and achievements in working in male-dominated environments inspires her passion to assist more women succeed in business and breakthrough the boardroom ceiling. Her past board and executive experience includes 20+ years as CEO and director, Western Independent Bankers, a founding board member for a bank services corporation, and a trustee for a workers’ self-insurance group. She was a member of the leadership team at the California Bankers Association and spent several years in Washington D.C.as legislative assistant on Capitol Hill. She was selected as one of the Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times. Because of her leadership in the board diversity movement, she was asked to chair the 2020 Women on Boards San Francisco, National Discussion on Board Diversity for the past two years. She is a member of the Women’s Leadership Council of the Renaissance Entrepreneur Center which assists low-income women start and grow their own businesses. Nancy's role is Chief Board Journey Advisor for Aspiring Directors. She contributes to the communications strategy to accomplish the mission of accelerating boardroom gender diversity.
Katrinka McCallum has recently joined the Board of Directors and is a member of the Audit Committee for Rimini Street (Nasdaq: RMNI) and also serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Audit Committee for Intrusion, Inc. (Nasdaq: INTZ). Katrinka has more than 20 years of operating experience scaling enterprise software companies from millions to billions. Her responsibilities have spanned serving as the general manager of business units as well as leading sales, marketing, product development, operations teams. Katrinka leverages her investor relations and M&A experience along with her foundation as a certified public accountant (inactive) with Deloitte in Boston to serve as a qualified financial expert. Most recently, Katrinka spent 13 years at Red Hat, Inc. (acquired by IBM) across a variety of senior executive positions including head of customer and product experience, head of products and technologies operations, vice president of the Platform Business Unit and vice president and general manager for the Solutions Business Unit and VP of Investor Relations. Katrinka holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wellesley College. She lives in Durham, NC with her husband, two teenage sons and their sweet mini-goldendoodle.
