About this event

Whether it’s shortages of raw materials or natural resources, environmental pollution, labor disputes, or workforce health and safety, there is a myriad of potential risks a board needs to consider. Managing these environmental and social risks is critical to ensuring long-term value creation in your organization – and keeping your organization out of the newspapers. Join Athena member Karen Stash, board member/vice chair and city commissioner, to understand the basics of managing risk in your manufacturing and supply chain segments —and what steps you should take first to set your company or board on the right track.
