About this event

Multicultural women leaders face significant barriers to success: the perception of being superhuman, code-switching in the workplace, and intersectionality all playing a role in our growth. Yet women are successfully navigating these challenges and thriving every day. In this inspirational and educational session, Dr. Yasmin Davidds—CEO of the Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Foundation, founder of the Women’s Institute of Negotiation, and board director of the Athena Rising Foundation—will share examples to inspire rising multicultural leaders in their journey into the C-suite and beyond.
