The importance of increasing diversity on public and private sector boards in the 21st century is more clear now than ever before. Join Ann Frohman as she reveals her story and reminds us that the previous “conventional” historic pathways to the board room have also served as barriers. This discussion will focus on the path to directorship and how we can utilize different passages to change our future for the better. Charting new paths that are unique can bring diversity in experience and value as we continue to grow. Join your fellow Athena members and take advantage of Frohman’s encouragement—an exciting reminder as the trend in the path to directorship continues to shift and expand.
