About this event

Rapid success startups like Google, Amazon, Uber, and Facebook, known as Exponential Organizations (ExO),  have grown faster, bigger, and cheaper than their competition. Dive into the exploration of these companies’ organizational structures to discover what allows them to achieve massive impact with a small footprint. Join ExO advisor Julie Lyle, Founder and CEO of Zytara Inc, to learn the characteristics of Exponential Organizations and how board members can utilize them to successfully execute their own transformation. This discussion will be based on Julie’s work with the ExO Team at Singularity University led by Salim Ismail. Discover what factors determine if companies have the essential internal and external operational capacity to grow exponentially and defend against external disruption.
