About this event

CHROs provide proactive support and are a driving force behind meaningful change within an organization. Join Tracy Layney, CHRO at Levi Strauss & Co., to learn how you can “Take a Stand” as a company, and align your morals with those of the organization. Levi Strauss & Co. is one of the world's largest apparel companies, with more than 15,000 employees operating in 500 stores worldwide, and products available in more than 100 countries. Tracy and Coco will dive into how the CHRO manages, stewards, and executes the stand being taken, whether that's women's health, gun control, human rights, and more.  CHRO Perspectives is a monthly forum exclusive to Athena members and CHRO leaders and heads of learning and development (all genders). Each month, Athena founder & CEO, Coco Brown, hosts a fireside chat with an HR innovator, focusing wholly on executive development trends, workforce management, human capital thought leadership, and more.  If you are an Athena member and you missed our last two sessions with Amy Reichanadter of Databricks discussing leadership development in hypergrowth and Carmel Gavin of Stripe discussing challenges and opportunities in building global culture, you can find those recordings in our member library on-demand.  This event is open to all members of Athena, but invite-only for the public. Please reach out to [email protected] if you would like to be considered.
