About this event

Companies often grow by acquisition, but as we learned in an earlier session, the majority of acquisitions are not accretive to the bottom-line. Our speaker, Elizabeth Salomon, is a highly experienced CFO working for high growth companies and will share some of her insights on financial modeling and assumptions used in making the business case to the board. In addition, we’ll talk about the diligence work that should be done, culture, and the importance of planning for successful integrations.
